Refund & Return Conditions:

• If you return an item due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, colour not as expected), we cannot refund shipping costs or the 5% payment processing fee. These costs are non-recoverable from payment providers, even if the order is cancelled immediately after purchase.
• You are still welcome to return items within the 7-day window, but these fees will be deducted from the refund.
• We provide accurate measurements and are happy to supply additional photos upon request to help with your decision.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customised or modified items, including re-sized rings and bespoke pieces, cannot be returned.
