Shipping Costs

Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

- Sparkler Gems Faceting is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier service issues.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy
